Authentication failed for ip phone

Hello I just installed my 3cx server and I have two offices, one not on the local lan, I can not get either offices to work. I tryed to install 3cx ip phone on the server I get this error:

2:32:55.766 [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: REGISTER 127.0.0.1:5060 tid=4221425f2b4e5d4f cseq=REGISTER [email protected]:37212 / 2 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

The password for it is just the same as the extension number, so what did I do wrong?

Authentication ID and Password have to be incorrect, this is the only reason you would get this msg. Double check and do change it from extension number, that is very unsecure.

I found the problem, In the Extension Settings go to other and uncheck Disallow Use of this Extension Outside of LAN.

That seemed to be the cause.
