Auto Deletion/Update CRM Contact

Hi, we meet some issue about crm contact.
1 if a new number call in, we set will auto create new contact at dynamic 365 contact
2 but we found some contact is repeat name in our contact, so will need migrate it to existing contact, new dynamic contact will be remove.
3 but 3cx contact wont sync 3cx and dynamic365 contact, so when the number come in again, the new dynamic contact already gone, so will open wrong crm contact.
4 now we need manual delete 3cx contact list to avoid problem. is there any script to make it auto delete everyday?

is there anyone know 3cx contact is save at 3cx dababase or physical file?

Are you using the default Dynamics 365 integration template? It should sync correctly as long as the requirements are filled. Obviously, it needs to find the contact. For that, make sure the match policy (Advanced > Contacts > Options) is set to Match Exactly (see : https://www.3cx.com/docs/dynamics-crm-integration/#h.sh2udbgzpt45)

Also, no there's no way to auto-delete or script it, and these contacts are in the database which is not accessible (if you access it, you risk the system as well as being unsupported.)
