Auto provision changes admin pwd on Yealink t20

Hello, I am using Yealink T20 phones. The default admin user name and pwd is admin/admin. When I auto provision the phone, it is changing the password to something else. In the provisioning template for the yealink T20 has this info:

security.user_name.user =
security.user_name.admin = admin
security.user_name.var =
security.user_password = admin:%%DESKPHONE_PASSWORD%%

I changed the template to be as follows:

security.user_name.user =
security.user_name.admin = admin
security.user_name.var =
security.user_password = admin

I do a factory reset, redo the provisioning, but the password is still changing to something else.

Any ideas?

Yes this is a security feature, once provisioned, new password is randomly generated and can be found in 3CX / Extensions / your extension properties / Phone Provisioning tab / Phone Web Page Password field.
