I feel like this should be a permission... So a user does not change their hours to something random so they don't get calls.
3CX- Please make this a permission & add it back to the ADMIN Console so that it can be set administratively!
How is the phone system administrator supposed to set this for someone without accessing the end-user's webclient?
This setting has been moved the webclient however in update 6 admins will be able to manage centrally.+1I feel like this should be a permission... So a user does not change their hours to something random so they don't get calls.

What's the rationale behind moving settings from admins to users? Most users want the minimum possible interaction with any settings full stop. I mean great if you want to give users extra functionality why not, but why remove it from the admin pages at the same time? Surely the point of the admin pages is to have all the settings available to customise the operation of the phone system in one place, who is helped by making them harder to get to for the people most likely to need them?@SweetAction Thank you for the heads up Sweetaction, thats exactly how it is. Now quite frankly if your users go ahead and modify the settings its not any different from not picking up the phone at all. There are reports when users change this and you have a webclient where you can see all users that set them selfs to away or DND so as a supervisor its very easy to pick up on this.
Ouch!Whats the rationale behind not reading perfectly understand answers from other users and myself and not reading the blog product announcements?![]()
If you've read up on it, they've already said that it'll be coming back to the management console. IIRC, it'll be both on the user-side and the management side.WOW!
This has got to be one of the dumbest decisions made by a software company that I can remember.
This is Zune bad, actually its worse than that its Apple Maps bad!!!!!
The webclient is its own bad piece of software, especially compared to the management console.
But why would i want to login as an individual client to manage this, even if your crappy webclient was user firendly.
We use extensions to manage multiple departments hours that vary, since you don't offer that kind of option elsewhere.
Please change back, this was a horrible horrible decision to make.
