Auto-switching extension status.

So how long before i unconnect my all devices where ext is logged in from internet, my extension will change his status (Red/Green dot)? Is there any configuration option where i can check or modify this?

Hi,
In my knowledge, never heard until now for an existing setting in PBX, but may be there is one hidden.

Have tried to unplug phones and after one minute they were always green, i tried an internal call and then become instantly red

Hi,

When the registration expires it will go red, so this is not something you can configure.

If you are using a mobile phone with PUSH enabled it will remain green however.

It becomes green for mobile, desktop, webclients, and physical devices (active registrations)
