Hi all,
I have a client who has 3CX 16SC Pro V16 'In House' and they have a dispatch system called Autocab.
We are having trouble making the 2 "talk" to obtain simple info about a customer that is held on the Autocab system.
Previous to 3CX they had a costly system running on a soon to be switched off ISDN 2 circuit wich connected via TAPI linking Server to Server.
This worked fine.
First problem :
3CX ML Tapi is Client side from what i read and will only monitor 1 extension at a time.
So we tried CDR in passive mode but to do this we need a Username and Password for Autocab Telephony to use.
Second problem:
Where to find said username and password for CDR queue control.
This is what we need to achieve:
1, Call comes in via 3CX
2, Autocab picks up the number and queries its database and displays the relevant info on the customer if they are found, if they are not then a new profile is made.
3, Autocab has a Wallboard that displays call center performance similar to 3CX Wallboard.
Any help here would be greatfully received.
