Hi,

Is there a way to send an external person a pre-recorded message?

For example, we want to be able to have an automated message sent to our guests coming to our park. The message will say, please make sure you bring your booking number etc (or something similar) and then hang up the call.

At the moment, we have to ring each individual guest and tell them.

Not natively, but, I have heard of add-ons (auto diallers) from other companies. In the past schools have been looking for something similar to notify parents of events.
