Hello, i have 3cx pro and a goip with 8 sims which i use like gateway for national numbers ,i want that 3cx starts the calls at a specific time and day

I watched this two guides

I want 3cx starts calls and execute a recording and when reconding finish then close the current call and start again to call other numbers.
How i can do that?
And how i can execute a cfd after add to Call Flow Apps , because i can execute a call flow app using ivr, i do a call to this ivr and i use the option send call to call flow apps to execute the app with the key 0, what i mean is a automatic executing after add the call flow app?

You need a Power Dialer for this, because calls are not going to be handled by agents, so you should check this guide:

You project needs a callflow and dialer:

1. The callflow will just play the prompt. So you can use a Prompt Playback for this, and play the prompt you need.
2. The dialer should be configured to make the simultaneous calls you need. You need to adjust the ParallelDialers and PauseBetweenDialerExecution properties of your dialer. Check this for more information on what they do:

When you make the call, you should set the Origin to the external number, and the Destination to the callflow app name, for example "myproject.Main". Then, your customers will be connected to the app, which will play the prompt.

Once you upload the CFD app to 3CX, which will include the dialer and the callflow, you need to make a call to the callflow to "wake up" the dialer. You can do this by creating the IVR as you're doing, creating a dummy extension to forward the call to the CFD app, and so on...

i didn try that but doesnt work for me

I tried to use a dialer with one component make call and extension 106 origin and destination 105, and it works but it get a warning on phone client "make call" that i should execute for automatic call.
And i tried what you said but doesnt work, i post images.

what im doing wrong?
and why on destination i dost use extesion number from where calls starts?

Your configuration looks fine. I would just add quotation marks to the external phone number, but it should work as it is because it's not starting with zero. The difference is that, without quotes, it's treated as a number, and if you need to add a zero prefix, it will be removed, because zeros on the left have no value... So, you better set it with quotes:
"677018906"

If the call between extensions works, but this call to an external number doesn't, then this is probably an outbound rules issue, which is very common with dialers. Please note that your outbound rules should not be restricted to specific extensions, otherwise they will not be applied to this call. You can check if this is the problem from the 3CX Dashboard > Activity Log.

Hello, thanks now dialer makecallcalls to external number.

Now i have a problem, what i want to do is on condition of time, make 8 calls at same time, but just work with 1 channel on my go ip, and just take the first number on .txt and make call to first number.
The condition that check time is working problem is with calls at same time and to get numbers from .txt
How can i make 8 calls at same time and read external number from .txt?

You can use a Loop component to iterate 8 times. And then put the logic to read the number and make the call inside it.

We have put the loop and now chains the calls, the phones called the goip are in a text file in this route cat /home/numeros.txt and there are 8.

Our goip is 8 channels and we want us to call through the 8 at the same time and what it does is call randomly, I explain, when we run the application by calling the auto attendant and run the callflow, the goip starts called with 2 / 3 channels, and if we hang up the calls it gets 2, we hang up, and a call is put on all 8 channels at once. I need you to call directly from the beginning with the 8 channels.


What values do I have to modify so that when I run the callflow I call the first one with the 8 channels at the same time ????

The Make Call component waits for the call to be established, or the timeout to consider it failed, before moving to the next step. So, using a Loop to make 8 calls will make them sequentially, one after the other.

If you need to make 8 calls at the same time, you should configure your dialer as "Power Dialer", and set the Parallel Dialers to 8. That will cause that 8 different dialer flows are executed at the same time. Then, from each flow you just make one call.
