Hello,

I want create automat to testing availablity my DIDs configured in 3CX. Sometimes our phonenumbers aren't available, but SIP Trunk is still active. I need solution to checking critical numbers.

Short scenario: I have two SIP Trunk carrier and I want use first to test numbers from second carrier. In second way i want test numbers from first carrier via call from second carrier

Is possible to create the schedule for outgoing call? If call will fail, 3CX will send notification to email? Maybe someone did it before?

I know, i can buy solution from other company but i wonder: is possible to create it in 3CX

I add a picture with easy schema: what i want achive

It may be a good idea to implement this feature on 3CX?

I would want to find a solution as to why this is happening, rather than spending resources constantly testing the numbers. I really cannot recall anyone else, on the forum, complaining about the same issue.

If the trunk, from your provider , is still registered, and some calls are getting through, if some DIDs are not, and the 3CX Activity Log does not show a record of an INVITE, when you know a call was made, then your provider has some explaining to do.

If this is happening on a regular basis, with one provider, you might want to think seriously about moving your business, if they are unable to diagnose, and fix the problem. If this is happening with more than one provider, then you need to do some more in-depth investigation, as to what might be happening, within 3CX.

..., but SIP Trunk is still active...
A small note here, do bear in mind that if these SIP Trunks are IP based, they will always show as active/green in the 3CX Management Console.

I'll have to agree with leejor on this one, identifying why the issue is happening is probably the best course of action instead of implementing a configuration to accommodate for this unexpected behavior.

If you want to save time and avoid going though this whole ordeal you could of course just use a 3CX Supported SIP Provider as kieferschild mentioned since these providers have been tested with 3CX and will ensure a trouble-free experience when used.

If I were going to do this, I would set up an entirely separate free 3CX server, hosted on Amazon Lightsail for a little over $3 a month. I would have this separate server perform the automated tests rather than making calls go out one trunk and back in another trunk. Some routers don't handle pinholing very well. This could be done with a Call Flow Designer.
