Part of my business model is acknowledging communication. I like clients to know that we received the communication and that they should hear back from us in two days or less. I've figured out how to do that with my email and missed calls (by using carrier phone log data). However, I cannot figure it out with 3CX text messages. Does anyone know how to do this? I thought about using integrations and an API, but the integrations all templated for CRMs. I don't see a simple http webhooks anymore. With text messages, I don't necessarily want the clients to get an automatic reply after each SMS message -- once a day max, that way it does not interfere with text message conversations when we get to them.
Any help would be appreciated. I see old posts indicating that this is not a feature, but there has got to be some kind of workaround. It's unreasonable that the web chat has an initial message but the SMS messaging does notw.
