We have a PBX 3CX version 18upd5.
We have a client that uses queues.
Some users/extensions are using 1 queue on everyday except Friday.
Can I configure that extension so that on Friday the user is not logged in?
Yes, the user has 2 blf (logged in / out) but he forgets the day before Friday to change his status to logged out.
I would like to change it automatically for him.
I see some similar questions and the solution is to use "exception on that extension" and then choose "queue status" but in V18upd5 I cannot find those parameters.
I can change it to extension, out-office-hours, .... but nothing to log him out on Friday without a manual action.
Are there admins who did setup this situation?
And can you give me some direction to configure it?
