Avaya 1608-I IP Phone Support

Hi Person in-charged:

My company is using 3CX V15 VoIP Phone system.
Right now, I am trying to setup Avaya 1608-I IP Phone to work with 3CX. My questions here are:

1. Is the 3CX can use with Avaya 1608-I phone?
2. If yes, how to setup the phone?

First, it should have SIP firmware, not H.323
Second, I really doubt this will be possible
