Hi All,

Looks like the IP on my system from AWS lightsail changed its IP and now I can't connect to it as my 3cx.us address is bound to a specific IP.
A couple of other posts talked about uninstalling and re-installing, but those posts seemed kinda old. 3cx is still running on that server but I can't get to the webui via the 3cx address. I'm curious what I can do to get this working.

Thank you

At a minimum, logon to the web gui with the IP address, edit the External IP configuration to match the new external IP and then press OK.

But you should also give your vm a real static IP from Lightsail so this doesn't repeat. I would do that first and then set the new IP that the static gives you as per above.

3CX Enterprise takes 5 minutes to update the FQDN (3CX address), 3CX Pro and Standard I believe is up to 4 hours.

Connect to your AWs account and check if really public IP has changed, if so then set a new static one.
then as CentrexJ said , wait for dns propagation to have your FQDN to be resolved (time depends on 3cx license type you have)
