Backup Failure

Version 15 - Linux Server.

I'm having this error every time I try to backup my system.

3CX Phone System tried to backup but failed due to the following reason(s):

Step one, upgrade to v15.5 Update 6

Is it the same error message? What version were you on before the upgrade? What storage location are you trying to use?

I tried Goolge, local, and ftp. Always the same error. I was able to made a backup after install it. Update it an done, no more.

I've been backing up some 12 3CX using FTP to one of our Plesk servers.
From 1 day to the next this was not possible anymore.
I updated Plesk that day. That is indeed true, but I wasn't able to set it up anymore on none of the other servers I have at my disposal. They all run ProFTPd

It happened on May 7 2018 and when I check the ProFTPd version it's

ProFTPD Version: 1.3.6 (stable)
Scoreboard Version: 01040003
Built: Tue Feb 20 2018 17:32:25 +07



I can also remember running ProFTPd in debug mode to see what's happening and it did give me some clues, but changing parameters to cater for it didn't work. Too bad that I can't remember the errors it gave.

Beside that it's not working it's embarrassing to see that in this time and age it's NOT using ftps and it's sending all this privacy sensitive information over plain FTP.
