The outgoing voice when we use a bluetooth device is horrible, incomprehensible robot voice. We tried several bluetooth devices on different 3CX systems on different extensions and different IPhone cellphone, 100% bad. On the windows client it's OK.
The bluetooth devices work very well during calls via GSM.
I think it's since version 15.5.15
Tested with Plantronics Headsets.
We have a lot of customers who use their devices with bluetooth that are unsatisfied!
Any help will be highly appreciated.
