bandwidth.com 933 test call issue

Anyone figure out how to get the 933 test call working on bandwidth.com? I'm getting 404 invalid destinations.

There is a reference here:

but I just want to use to location on file at bandwidth and something isn't quite right on the pbx.

All I get is this:
Call or Registration to 933@(Ln.10001@bw 911) has failed. 67.231.8.195 replied: 404 Invalid destination sip:[email protected]:5060; from IP:67.231.8.195:5060

Not sure if they have a requirement that you actually have to have e911 enabled for that trunk or number perhaps? Otherwise it sounds like you should talk to Bandwidth.
