BeroNET 1600 ISDN30 x2

Hi,

We have 2x ISDN 30's

I bought the BeroNET 1600 with an extra PRI card.

So I have 2x PRI in my box. I was told that I plug one of the ISDN's into port 1, the other ISDN into port 3 (2 Groups)

How to I configure it on 3CX? You select 2x PSTN but you can only have one number routing.

They have 2 different Main Trunk Numbers.

Hi Schrodz,

As this is ISDN it should be possible multiple FXO lines is where you would experience issues in doing this.

First setup the beroNet gateway as per the 3CX guide, but you can do this with auto-provisioning or manually, it does not matter:

Then in 3CX add your DDI's into the Gateway (under SIP trunks) and route accordingly with Inbound rules. If you want to route outbound calls then 3CX have also done a guide for this also: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/beronet-berofix-dial-plan/

NOTE: ensure you are running the latest version of firmware on the device as they regularly update these devices, either reset the device by plugging a jumper into the back and doing it via the GUI in recovery mode or download from here:
