beronet 400 and 3cx

Hi We are located at 00350 internationally, and when we dial international numbers. Calls go out as 00350 then the international number. So we cant dial out on international. Also incoming calls locally shows an extra 0 at the beginning. Thoughts?

For the leading Zero. It most likely is your incoming number type.

You could change your incoming dial plan to
Dialplan ISDN --> SIP
