Speed is everything so I know a self hosted option is the way to go in this case. Having set the Windows 3cx client to Auto Answer inbound traffic from the Predictive Dialer I need a CRM solution that is able to pull the and display the record as fast a possible.

I'm familiar with using Sugar which is no longer supported by 3cx and of course ViciDial which a lot of potential clients are sick of.

My client loves the 3cx PBX and call center features. I was able to Demo the Dialer and they love it. But only problem now is finding the right CRM that can keep up with the dialer. I need to get this out of the way so we can scale everything up and integrate all the rest of the offices.

Any suggestions?

We use HubSpot and it works really well. There's also a free version.

Do you guys use it with Outbound predictive dialer on Auto Answer?

I'm thinking a web based CRM is going to be too slow not able to populate the customer data by the time the Softphone auto answers the call. This is critical for outbound dialer campaigns as having the customer placed on hold after they were called is terrible.

I guess you can give it a try, if you have a decent internet connection, it should work fast enough. Please note that CRM integrations require the Web Client running in a browser tab. You can use it in CTI mode and keep using the Windows client, but you need it running anyway, otherwise you will get no popup.

All the CRM integrations we provide are web based, with the exception of DATEV, which is a Cerman CRM.

I've tested Bitrix24 so far using their hosting with the free trial. The integration is spotty and too slow for a predictive dialer campaign. I'm not going to even bother trying a self hosted version of Bitrix and there is just too many features we wont ever use that slow everything down.

I'm interested in Salesforce Essentials as they have a google cloud deployment that seems fast.

Odoo is also a possibility if the Custom Template works well. I can already tell that Odoo is really fast on Google cloud. I wish you guys supported Odoo.

If anyone has any exp with Odoo and 3cx Id love to hear your thoughts

seems like Vtiger is a solution to the speed problem. You guys support it and its open source which is a big plus.

Besides the integration on the 3cx side, How do I configure vtiger for 3cx on the vtiger side? 3cx doesnt come up on the list of systems when adding a phone system.

Is there any instructions for this or do I have to contact vtiger for support?

There is nothing to configure on the Vtiger side. 3CX uses their web services to interact with them, query contacts, create contacts, create call logs, etc. You just need to follow this guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/vtiger-crm-pbx-integration-server-side/

Thanks for the reply. When I try to call from the CRM the number loads into the webphone but I also get a message to connect the CRM to a phone system.

see the attached image for reference

That's because Vtiger is not expecting the Click2Call from 3CX. You might have a settings to hide that popup or just make phone number unclickable at Vtiger level (the Click2Call just uses any 6-7 digits or more as phone numbers.)

say I want to forget about the 3cx CRM integrations. Are there instructions on how to setup Vtiger to work with 3cx?

The CRM integration has nothing to do with the Click2Dial.
