Hello All:
I noticed a limitation on the admin interface on 3cx V16.0.0.1581 while configuring the BLFs and need to know if there are any workarounds. It all started when I had to re-provision the receptionist's Cisco SPA502G with side car SPA500S. When programing the side car BLF's, It seems that the 3cx admin interface is limited to displaying the first 16 extensions configured on the system. In my case, we have over 30 (#100-105 + #221-250) extensions so this presents a problem as I cannot select extensions past a certain number, in my case extension 233. This problem does also apply to any client attempting to self-configure their BLFs with a number higher than that extension.
Is there a way to manually edit the BLF extension assignment, maybe editing some hidden xml or conf file somewhere? I already attempted to configure the BLF using the phone's web interface but that section is not available since is provisioned by the 3cx.
Thanks beforehand for any help you can give me.
