Solved BLF key does not lit up

Hi,

We have a customer that got reverted back to standard license since it had not been renewed on time, after upgrading it back to 3CX PRO 4 SC, now the BLF key light does not lit up when you park a call and it has a X mark on it. Have tried to reboot the instance and reprovisoned the phone, to no avail. parking a call still functions correctly, can pick up a call from a different extension.

What version is this PBX now, and is it on-premises, self hosted, or Hosted by 3CX?

Hi John,

This has been resolved; I just needed to refresh the license, and that fixed the issue. But to answer your question, this is hosted by 3CX.
