We have a small office client who is using 3CX on a cloud server. They were using the Pro version but opted not to renew the yearly license since they weren't using any of the Pro features. BLF has stopped working. According to the edition comparison on the 3CX site, BLF is included in the standard edition. I've refreshed the licensing page from the ADMIN GUI and rebooted the server, no luck. Any suggestions? Am I missing something? Thanks!
