I have two brand new Cisco 508G (without sidecar).
I want to configure BLF keys in order to get SD+BLF+CP.
Trying manually (directly on the phone web site) or using the provisioning of 3CX, I get the same:
the keys configured to call/pickup/led a specified expension can call but BLF don't seem to work: the led remain orange, even if the extension in free or is busy. even if the other extension is receiving a call, the led on my phone doesn't change.http://www.3cx.com/forums/posting.php?mode=post&f=1#
here my function line:
extension: disabled
share call appearance: private/shared (doesn't change nothing)
ext function: fnc=sd+blf+cp;[email protected]:5060;nme=120
any suggestion will be appreciated.
