I have configured the 3CX v20 bridge at both ends to publish information, added the relevant departments, and set up the information reception using the hostname:5001 of the opposite end of the bridge. Additionally, I have assigned users who need to view the remote presence.
My understanding was that after completing these steps, I would be able to set up BLFs for the remote users to see their availability. However, the remote users do not appear in the BLF list. Could you please clarify if I have misunderstood the process or if I missed a step somewhere?
