BLF Pickup

ok, just a quick question. One of our clients is complaining that they cannot pick calls from the group they are a member of via blf keys.. it simply dials the ext number. I am assuming this is because they have the ability to accept multiple calls. If this is correct, is ther a way around it other than setting a speed dial to 20..

They should be able to pick up calls regardless of this option.

What model phones are you using for this and are they on latest 3CX FW and templates?

For reference, I tested a T46G and a T32G and they can both pick up each others' calls via BLF whether "Accept Multiple Calls" is on or off. The BLF options in this case were set as "BLF", not "Speed Dial"
