So we have secretaries for every department with a side cart. We have them set up to view all users in their department with BLFS. The blfs flash when a call comes is, however, we want them to ring.
I know this is possible through Ring groups but that would create a lot of work on the back end
The call comes into 1000 -> ring to ring group 2000 and make secretary and user have line 2000 on their phone. Doing that x 135 employees seems like a hassle
Is there a way to make a BLF flash AND ring with out ring groups?
