BLF Shortcuts

Hello,

A customer of ours has requested shortcut buttons that will take them straight to the call forwarding page of their Yealink T46S handset (Rather than going to Menu - Features - Call forward - Always forward).

Could anyone advice on how I should go about doing this?

Yes it's called a web shortcut on the web client or the shortcut to the windows/mac client. Should use the 3CX status forwarding vs the phone forwarding. Otherwise you probably want to go ask in the Yealink forums since you are asking for a Yealink specific setting and not a 3CX setting.

I was wondering if it was possible to create this button, through the phone templates on 3cx? or is this still something I should ask on the yealink forums?

So there is nothing built-in to 3CX to create the button so you'd have to ask on the Yealink forums to find out if it's possible and if so, what the config snippet is. Then you'd need to make a custom template in 3CX (which also isn't supported). Using the 3CX method of profile changes for forwarding is better, and you can make a BLF key via the provisioning tab to set the profile status that way.
