BLF to prepend number

Hello all,

Is it possible to setup a BLF which will place a number sequence but not send immediately. I am attempting to setup BLF's which a customer can use as an outbound line in the traditional sense so they can use differnet outbound caller ID's.

In essence, select a BLF which will prepend 77 but not immediately send. Then the user dials the required number before sending. The Outbound Rule will remove the 77 before sending

So would it be fair to say my options are to instruct the user to manually prepend the prefix or use seperate extentions?

You could use our "3CX Caller ID" tool. This tool allows the user to select from a list of pre-defined outbound caller ID numbers prior to initiating the phone call.
