Blind Transfer busy extension

When a call comes in and is answered and the call is blind transferred to an extension that is busy how do I configure 3cX so that the call bounces back and rings the extension that transferred the call?

Hi @Peter Guthrie ,

This is a feature you must enable.

Navigate to;

Settings -> PBX

And configure 'Transfer Back on Busy'
