Block a prefix from being dial from extension 104

Dear forum group, I would like to be able to setup a rule for ext. 104 that will block any calls dialed that start with prefix 1809 but at same time, I want ext 104 to make any other calls, in other words I want ext 104 not to be able to make calls to numbers starting with 1809 prefix, please advice on how to setup a rule that will allow me to block calls to numbers starting with 1809 but also allow me to make anyother calls to any dialed number, thanks.

You can set up an outbound rule specifying the following parameters:

Calls to Numbers starting with (Prefix): 1809
Calls from extension(s): 104
Route 1 / Route 2 / Route 3: <empty>

Put this outbound rule in the first place on the outbound rules list (highest priority).
