Solved Block outgoing calls to certain numbers

Hi,

Does anyone know if 3CX can block outgoing calls to certain numbers, or do we have to request this from the SIP carrier ?

You can use outbound rules to do this. You can block specific numbers, with a prefix, length etc.

You can block such numbers into outbound rules, creating a necessary rules and moving them to the top (with one rule, you may block several numbers). Not the most elegant way, but working.

Excellent thanks guys, shame the block incoming doesn't have a switch for incoming\Outgoing.
