Hi all,

I have upgraded to the latest version. I have noticed that all countries in the Allowed Country Codes is now ticked. Previously, only Australia is the allowed country.

I have untick all other countries again which is the previous setting.

However, when people make calls to some landlines, they get this error: Call to blocked country is rejected.

Some prefix that showed up where 877 and 86. My temporary workaround is to tick the country,

I only have 1 outbound rule and been using this for 4 years now. Any advise?

Edit: If I add the area code it works. I just tested creating a new outbound rule to prepend 08 but still won't work. Though this is not a preferred solution as we have to ring Interstate number sometimes.

Yes, clearly what worked before doesn't now. You probably need to review the E164 section under settings to make sure it's set appropriately for your country. 3CX doesn't actually know what country the call is going to, it's simply matching the country code. So something in your configuration is formatting numbers that should be allowed to look like you are dialing another country.

Hi cobaltit - thanks for the quick response. I haven't accessed that setting before. Setting the country AU in E164 fixed the issue!

Thank you so much :)
