Hi,
We are in the process of implementing a new CRM; BPMOnline, which has a module that allows VoIP PBX integration. This is provided by a company called Webitel and called Any VoIP Connector (https://marketplace.bpmonline.com/app/any-voip-connector-bpmonline).
It appears that within BPM you configure connectivity to Webitel servers, which then make a registration to our internal 3CX server and this I have successfully got working. Essentially the Webitel module in BPM provides a softphone within the browser, which is routing through Webitel to 3CX.
There is however an issue - When you log out of BPM's web interface, this does not cause Webitel to de-register with 3CX. This is a problem because 3CX is trying to put a call through to a registered client, but as the end client is no longer there it fails. When it fails it then causes 3CX to get an unavailable response which it then turns into a forward call du to unavailable or unregistered, which in our case forwards to voicemail. This is obviously not desired behaviour. We do not want to replace our use of physical phones, 3CX mobile client or the 3CX softphone with the BPMOnline phone interface, as this is a basic function.
What we need is the ability for 3CX to ignore the webitel registration being unavailable when putting a call through and continue to allow the other clients to answer..
Here is a visualisation of the issue:
Here is the output from the activity log showing the unavailable and therefore redirecting.
I would really appreciate any help anyone can provide on whether 3CX can be configured to ignore this Webitel unavailable, as they are indicating they do not have this issue with other PBX platforms.
many thanks
Mark
