We are using breezeeconnect as SIP provider in australia.
Just realised there the call quality is not that good even hearing some noise in background.
Is there any specific setting that need to be change to improve the call quality ?

Which audio codec on trunk side expected? what's set on 3cx side on trunk and extensions?

Hi Sergio

Breeze Connect will support G.711 A-law. I would suggest to change both your PBX and phones codec priorities to use this as a first codec. This will minimize the chance that the PBX will have to transcode between codecs and ensure you can use the best quality that the provider supports.
