I've got a bridge between my system and a customer. We are both on 16 Pro.
Presence is working great, and we can see which extension at either site is online, on a call, etc.
However, it would be very useful to add an extension across the bridge to a ring group. In order to use this functionality, I currently need to have a phone logged into my client's 3CX system, which is not terribly practical.
Also - re. presence - I notice the bridged extensions can't be added as BLF fields for phone handsets, even though the 3CX app correctly shows presence info. Is that in the pipeline?
