Broadvox SIP Trunk (registered) cannot place outbound calls

testing 3cx software with out existing systems, we use Broadvox with out current system, have validated ids and passwords. When we create a new provider and enter the information correctly, we CAN receive inbound calls and we get 2 way audio - no problems. But we cannot place outgoing calls. we get the following in the system log.

If I force a bad password, I get 403 error as expected.

I've turned off STUN, put the server directly on the network - opened ALL ports on our firewall for the NAT mapping.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

I would try to strip 1 digit, It looks like your trying to call an atlanta number which is 770 correct? If so you need to strip one digit because your pbx is sending a 9 ahead of the number, so its probably not being recognized by Broadvox as a valid phone number.

Ahhh... thought it would have done it automatically considering that was the route rule...

That solved the issue. Thanks so much! Now on to bigger testing issues...
