BUG in 3CX VoIP Phone 6.0.26523

i have problem, i have VPN (AVM VPN Driver) - this is as Net Service. This is not showed as interface, if i run ifconfig.

If i call, on sip server showed my normal (not VPN) IP address, then SIP server hear me, but send me RTP to unroutable address...

I try Phoner Lite and this normally works, SIP server show my VPN IP Address correctly (and not my LAN private address), then all works Okay. Then problem is in 3cx, not in VPN, i think. But Phoner Lite have poor audio quality for me :!

Then i wish any hint for workarround (i try all possible combinations) or fix this issue...

If need, i log traffic on my local machine.

Thx. for any ideas.

Are you using the VPN service to connect with the local LAN where the SIP server is located?

VPN target is in different subnet

A/ i have in local machine: 192.168.177.25/24

B/ after i run AVM VPN client, i get 192.168.178.206/24 internally by AVM VPN driver (work as Network Service on interface - see attach)
- because i have configured "ALL traffic go to VPN", then all traffic goes to VPN server /other option in VPN Settings is: only destination 192.168.178.0/24 go to VPN line - i not test this option, because i need all traffic, due public Wlan APs etc.)

Sip Server, DGW and VPN server is same machine: 192.168.178.1 (for VPN server, i use public address of course).

But 3CX VoIP Phone 6.0.26523 log on this SIP server as 192.168.177.25 (SIP request must absent any header), instead of 192.168.178.206, then SIP server send RTP data back to 192.168.177.25 and this is undeliverable...

I Think, this is any bad SIP protocol in 3CX VoIP Phone.

Because Phoner Lite (different VoIP Client) log on by same way and this SIP server(sip:192.168.178.1) automatically via VPN address 192.168.178.206 and not as local address (192.168.177.25) - i show on machine 192.168.178.1, iam sure: problem is in 3CX VoIP Phone SIP communication, but i not found any option to set manually my vpn address etc. or debug SIP protocol.

Maybe fast way is compare sip traffic from 3cx and Phoner, but who make fix, if i found bug?

Thx for any idea.

ps: of course, i try "My Location" settings in 3cx, but without any effect, i combine with and without Proxy (i text all 4 combinations).

Please show us SIP packets you are talking about.

Please provide:
ipconfig /all
route print
topology of your network connection
SIP packets

Thanks

okay, but i attach NET Service screenshot, i think, this is hidden for system (not show anything in "route print" and "ipconfig/all", but work internally after default interface process)...

i log sip packets
