Not sure which criteria is being used for the delimiter character. Don't know if it is a hardcoded comma or it uses the locale column delimeter.
Anyway, if a field, for example the company field of a contact, contains the delimeter character, for example a comma if that's actual delimeter, then that field should be exported quoted but it is not being done that way.
That means such a contact which has in his company name a comma ends on a row with one extra comma and a mismatch on the subsequent columns value on the generated CSV.
