I found a bug in 3CX's server software.
If someone enters their own mobile number in the 3CX web portal and puts a space in front of the number, a request with% 20 is sent to the SIP provider, which in some cases (like ours) can lead to a total failure of the trunks.
Input validation should be adapted or implemented
 
This is expected "space" in SIP is Unicode %20 and not disallowed to be sent like this.

What do you mean by "total failure"? The trunk group refuses any further calls? If that is the case, who is the provider?
