Solved Bulk extensions via CSV - error

Hi guys,

Does anybody knows why this error happens when import extension via Bulk file?
I am using the template model to version 16 from site: https://www.3cx.com/docs/bulk-extension-import/

Hey Guys,

I have change the extension number from 8016 and 8017 to 5516 and 5517 and works fine.
So I will re-check the extensions but I did not find any extension 8016 and 8017. May be a service number.

Does anybody knows something?

I have found the problem after check again...
The two extension were in use for IVR.

Hi,

That's correct, if you try to import an existing extension it will fail.
