Hi. I need to do the following.
Suppose i have a DID 02123200 linked to extension 200
Suppose now that extension 200 is busy on a call
If external number A (ex. 0522123456) calls 02123200, being ext 200 busy, the caller will receive busy signal
If external number B (ex. 0699999999) calls 02123000, being ext 200 busy, the caller will be forwarded to extensione 201
Is there a way I can define this in 3cx, creating rules that result in a different behaviour on busy, based on the caller ?
