Hi,

So we purchased some Kuando Busylights and managed to get them working on the soft phone which is perfect. It would be nice if we could use them on the web client instead. I may know someone who would be willing to have a look into it but we haven't been able to find APIs or an SDK. Is this available for the web client?

Kind regards
Ben

Hi Ben,

There is nothing we, Plenom - the manufacturer of kuando Busylights, would like more, than to make integration with the 3CX web client. Since we released our 3CX integration we have had numerous requests to support the web client as well, but are currently unable to do so. 3CX has decided to hide the API documentation, which means we would have to "guess" all the calls = impossible.
Unfortunately 3CX will not provide the documentation, but we continue to search for a way to find the it and I might have something on the road map that could "do the trick". Please send me a mail at [email protected] and I will get back to you with more details;-).
cheers
