Call a client but others ring

Hi guys,

A client (internal) calls another but not ring on the contrary other 5 phones ring.

I dont see any retention or reject policy on 3XC

Any ideas?

Are those five in a ring group? It sounds like the call is being forward to a ring group. Is this only that extension?

I would check the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose setting), to see why the call goes where it does.

Hi leejor,

thanks for antwort. I found the reason. On the phone 3cx PBook Menu there was a rejection for this client. therefore calls turn to ring.
