Call by Name - Back to Digital Receptionist

Hi All,

Where Call by Name is implemented, what is the best way to navigate the call back to the digital receptionist if the caller can't find name they are looking for?

From what I've tried so far, once the caller has opted to try Call by Name there doesn't appear to be any way back.

I appreciate that I've probably missed something obvious and the answer is RTFM but I just can't find the right page!

I think 0 is about the only way out from that hole.
