Call Center Module

I'm looking at the 3CX call center module here: http://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/3cx-call-center-released/

I can't find anything about it for version 12. Has it been discontinued or replaced?

I do have the Pro edition of 3CX. Where do I access the Call Center thing?

If you have the Pro Edition then all fields in the "Call Queues" setup should be accessible.

Yes, I know how to set up queues. Where do I find the call center module? The thing where I can see calls coming in to the queue, real time management, etc...

Do you mean "Presence information" or "Wallboard"?

Presence information can be get with 3CXPhone for Window, Wallboard with http://<ip-address>:5000/Wallboard.
