I want to be able to pass Originator CallerID and Name or at least only the CID so that if the originator is in my cell phone contacts, the right name would show up.
Right now, when i enable call deflection, and set the outbound sip trunk settings for Originator Caller ID, i get the original CID but the name is the name of our company.
Is there a way to achieve this? I think we would need more CID options in the forwarding rules. Maybe have the ability to use another trunk for call deflections so we can push out the originating CID and Name. Also, why is deflection only available in Away and DND statuses? Im getting many complaints that this feature should be "always on" for transfers to mobile.
