Call drop when press transfer button

Hi, can anyone shed some light on my problem.

When an external call comes in its picked up. an attempt to transfer the call to another extension fails immediately with the drop call.
All the phones are Yealing T29G latest firmware from 3CX.
if any one has any answers that would be great.

That being said, by first thought is that you aren't using a supported SIP provider. I'm guessing your trunk has 'Supports Re-Invite' checked. You can try un-checking that and testing. Otherwise you're going to need to do a capture and work with your trunking provider.

Also make sure that forwards work internally (i.e call your colleague, and transfer them to another colleague). If this does not work, then external calls will also fail when transferring.

However, I would check what @cobaltit said first. If that option is enabled and the provider does not support it they may potentially be dropping the call.
