Unsupported call duration limite

Hi Everyone,
I need a question.

My calls have limite 15 minutes.
But, the parameters SIPPINGPERIOD, MAXNOANSWERTIMEOUT and MAXCALLDURATION have changes.

In contact with my provider SIP Server, says this problem is parameters on 3CX Server.
Have other place for change?

The MAXCALLDURATION parameter is the only one that will have any affect on the call duration in this case. It's currently set to 3hrs (3 x 60 x 60).

Yes. this is set to 3hrs. But, the call end 15 minute. Exactly 15 minutes.

where is the PBX hosted? Could be a firewall timeout if SIP ALG is not disabled.

PBX is hosted in GCP(Google Coud). Firewalls rules is default when create a PBX.

Hi @Erick Moraes,

Best bet is to run a Wireshark Capture for the entire duration (15 minutes), from a more stable connection (maybe a Web Client). This will show you what is happening in the background (what is being negotiated by the provider and 3CX etc) and should tell you what is happening at the 15 minute mark.

You can call your 3CX Partner to assist in understanding the capture.
