Hi there-
I am used to configuring call flows using FreePBX by using their built-in Call Flow Control module which is pretty straight forward. I'm trying to accomplish the same thing with 3CX but this seems a bit more involved and my research tells me I have to use the call flow designer to do this.
Here's the scenario.. I need to create a simple call flow that can be activated by dialing a key combination. When activated, calls should be directed to a specific call queue. When the call flow is deactivated, calls should be directed to a voicemail greeting. Another way of looking at this is creating a call flow to manually control business hours rather than using automated time conditions.
Can someone please provide me some direction on how to accomplish this with the call flow designer? I just opened the application to attempt this on my own and I'm totally lost..
Thank you.
