The ZIP file generated by the CFD during build will contain all the WAV files from the Audio folder. If your CFD project contains the audio there, it will be uploaded and added to the appropriate folder. Can you confirm if the WAV file format is correct?I'm having the exact same problem.
I created a call flow with a Play Prompt and then a Transfer.
I can upload it to my system and it works fine.
I can rebuild it using an extension number that will work on my customer's system and the prompt never plays. But the Transfer works fine.
I have a ticket open with 3CX Tech Support and I'm being told that I have to upload the WAV file to the proper folder on the 3CX server, but that doesn't make sense. From what I've seen and read elsewhere, the .zip file that I build should include the WAV file and the custom call flow should put it into the proper directory.
What's really confusing is that it works on one 3CX system but not on another.

Definitely looks like the problem, it could be a permissions issue or the file not being in the file system at all...Yes, the format of the WAV file is correct. As mentioned, it plays just fine in my own office 3CX system, which is running on linux.
We're checking now to see if that WAV file is in the correct folder in the 'problem' 3CX system.
Also, here's information from the 3CXIVR.log file:
26/02/2024 11:50:30.531 [00003c56] /Sources/Projects/Common/VoIPFileEngine/FileView.cpp(289) Failed to open file /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Prompts/Callflows/oreilly_osv_3cx_outbound/OutboundCallForCFA.wav, error: 2
26/02/2024 11:50:30.531 [00003c56] /Sources/Projects/Common/VoIPFileEngine/IMMFileStreamReader.cpp(216) Cannot open stream source '/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Prompts/Callflows/oreilly_osv_3cx_outbound/OutboundCallForCFA.wav'
Could this problem be a permissions problem in the server?
